A letter addressed to Mr. Inoue from Charles. Charles writes that he was very pleased to get Inoue's letter dated June 8, 1979 and is sorry to hear that Inoue has been ill. Charles says that it is a great delight to see how the OCC has been doing. He informs Inoue that he told Mr. Hopper that Mr. Inoue would be best qualified to make recommendations for an outline with the phases of management (and industries) most desirable for Hopper's survey. Charles goes on to say that nothing would please him more than to come back to Japan, but that it is probable that his journeys there will only be in mind and spirit. The letter is in Charles' handwriting.
