Description
View of the top of a beautifully decorated Christmas cake that was sent to the president of the United States at the time, Calvin Coolidge. William Cook Baker of Bill Baker's bakery in Ojai sent many cakes to presidents, and this was the first of many presidential cakes. It is a fruitcake decorated with a small village in the snow and Santa and sleigh. Bottom of photo reads: "W. C. Baker Ojai Cal Dec 1927."
