Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated March 2, 1964 reads, "Tijuana buy - Kick pills are available in vast quantities at drugstores and from peddlers in Tijuana. Valley Times reporter-photographer team, posing as weekend tourists, made contact with a 'pusher' two blocks from downtown Tijuana and also purchased pills without prescription at drugstores in the Mexican border community. The drugs later were turned over to police in the Valley."
