Description
Inspection sheet and 3 photographs of one-story Victorian house with cellar, Parcel No. 439-34. A two-family house is at front of log, with a one-family house at the rear. There are signs on the side of the house pointing towards Jerry's Radio & TV Repair Shop at the back of the house. Part of a survey of 64 addresses in the Park Center Project area compiled by the City of San Jose Building Inspector between March 20 - April 13, 1961. Each survey sheet includes address, type of unit, and structural survey denoting code violations (foundation, floor supports, walls & partitions, ceilings & roof, chimney, weather protection, loose plaster or stucco, faulty materials, stairways & halls, fire protection, improper occupancy, other), photographs of exterior (front) as well as some interior and detail code violation shots.
