Description: This 1968 report conatins the prelimary proposal and the "Ultimate Development Master Plan" for the K Street Mall project, which was a part of the West End Urban Renewal projects. These projects were efforts towards eliminating Sacramento's "blight" issues and modernizing Downtown Sacramento. This report includes two design proposals, illustrations and maps, cost estimates, and suggestions on land use, parking, and transportation.
