Charles C. Hotchkiss -- IOOF Regalia. Charles C. Hotchkiss. "C.C. Hotchkiss has this week purchased the Mills Hotel on Myrtle avenue and will become the new proprietor about the first of December, when he expects to commence the erection of a large addition to the residence. Mr. Hotchkiss, as was stated in last week's Planet, hails from Davis County, Iowa, and is wedded to a sister of W.N. Monroe." Monrovia Planet, December 18,1886. Vol. 1 No.5.
