Description
Photograph of police officers of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) assigned to Mather Field with their motorcycles. Inspector Otto Langer lead a detachment of the CHP to control traffic and parking at Mather Field during the United States Army Air Corps air maneuvers that took place at Mather on April 22-24, 1930. The CHP supervised parking for thousands of cars during the maneuvers. Taken in 1930.
