Dr. Else Høilund (left) and Deaconess Lilly (Lily) Petersen (right) – after returning from missionary work in NELC, North India. Else Høilund, sent by DSM 1946-79, was retired after 33 years of service, mainly as leader of Rajadighi Christian Hospital. Sister Lilly (Lily) Petersen was sent to NELC, 1947-73. After returning to Denmark, she became parish assistant in Aarhus and later leader of the recreation home Vedbygaard. Photo 1982 (See also portraits).
