Photograph article dated March 2, 1959 partially reads, "Mrs. Arthur Zwebell is first president of the California Educational Clinic's newest guild, aptly named 'Time For Children.' Membership in this philanthropic group is made up of women who are virtually interested in helping the emotionally disturbed and mentally retarded children receiving care through the clinic."
