"Time Oil Company's new headquarters -- This new five story office building located at the southwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Orange Drive has been purchased by the Time Oil Company, through an affiliate, from Phillip Yordan and his associates for a consideration of approximately $1,000,000. Realtor William E. Zander represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. -- The building will be name Time Oil Building and they plan to immediately occupy a portion of it for their general offices. Portions of the building are now under lease to State Mutual Life Insurance Company and other portions will be leased to permanent tenants. -- Time Oil Company is a marketer and distributor of petroleum products with large storage terminals at the principal Pacific Coast ports." -- typed news release by W.
