Description: The key to the city of Miami Beach was presented by Mayor D. Lee Powell to Californian Anne Cole at Miami Beach City Hall on March 6, 1957, in return for greetings she brought his honor from her father, Fred Cole, honorary mayor of Vernon, a Los Angeles suburb.
