Photograph of an early store front, ca. 1900. Two men and a young boy can be seen standing outside of a small general store. A selection of melons and vegetables can be seen set up behind the two men in the right foreground, and a selection of products can also be seen behind the boy, who stands in the central foreground. Legible signs include the following: "here Cigars, tobaccos and kandy", "something new -- California Castile Soap made from pure Coco nut oil in a bar", "Vinegar pure cider vinegar", and "canned oyesters".
