Description
A long Mien child's jacket made of a black synthetic cotton with a red ruffled cotton collar. The sleeve hem features dark purple braided trim, and strips of blue and burgundy are appliquéd in rows above the hem. The bottom front and back panels of the jacket are trimmed with ribbon with gold, red, and blue designs. Two ornamental red tassels are attached to the opening of each side panel with black and white glass beads and blue synthetic threads. Original title from SEACRC: Mien child's coat
