Description: Copy of "Air Traffic Rules", published by the Department of Commerce, Aeronautics Branch, Washington D.C., May, 1928. Signed by Corrigan on the front, with the following inscription: "I got my pilots license in 1928 at Lindbergh Field in San Diego." This was probably Corrigan's personal copy of this book, used when obtaining his pilot's license.
