Description
Photograph caption dated October 4, 1963 reads "A proclamation, setting aside Monday as Free Enterprise Day, is presented to Jack Brawley, left, by Los Angeles County Supervisor Warren Dorn. Brawley, a Canoga Park drugstore manager, represented 300 Valley Chambers of commerce members who are displaying banners and proclamations about the day. This is the first national celebration of Free Enterprise Day."
