Description
Visitors stroll along the Midway parallel to the Pacific Electric red car tracks and file into the Bath House (or Plunge). The steam from the Pacific Light and Power Company steam generator can be seen billowing into the sky, over a million gallons of saltwater were drawn in and heated from the ocean each day. Pencil marks in the upper left are from Nellie Dickey. Correspondence from Nellie Dickey to Helen Buss on verso dated January 12, 1912.
