Description
Exterior of the Bryant Motor Company at 1510 J St. James Edith Bryant ran this repair and parts supply shop. Bryant ran this store as a Studebaker dealer from 1945 to 1947. On display is a carriage from 1887 (left) and a brand-new Studebaker Land Cruiser (right). Studebaker operated in Sacramento as early as 1870, selling wagons before the invention of the automobile. Taken circa 1947 by Almar & Marfoto Photographers.
