Oral history interview with longtime Carmel Valley resident Clayton Neill, Jr. (1929-2009), about his life and experiences in Carmel. Neill was the son of Clayton Neill, who served as Carmel's city engineer for many years, and Civil Engineer for Neill Engineers. Recorded in 1995. Part of a series of interviews conducted by the Carmel Preservation Foundation.
