Photograph caption dated April 24, 1965 reads "Burbank Woman of the Year, Mrs. Erma Alcorn, left, was presented with county and statewide congratulatory scrolls from James Moran, representing Warren Dorn, Los Angeles County Supervisor, and Mrs. Glen Seltzer, 1963 Woman of the Year. Mrs. Seltzer also presented her with a special gold jeweled pin for her numerous achievements to cultural and civic betterment."
