Photographer's caption reads, "An amusing sight on Wilshire Blvd is the lopsided shape of balloons, inflated plastic animals and "super hammers," topped with 40 or 50 teetering cellophane wrapped packages of cotton candy. It's a street vendor on his way to Hancock Park."
