Photograph caption dated February 20, 1958 reads, "Stanford's Indians come to town on a scalping foray this week, meeting the UCLA Bruins Friday night and the USC Trojans Saturday night at the Long Beach City College. One of the main braves is this one, big, rugged forward John Arrillago who helps spark one of the most under-rated and toughest basketball clubs in the PCC."
