Shows concrete lined reservoir, surrounded by fence, buildings surround reservoir. Low hills and San Francisco Bay visible in distance. "Topley" -- written in lower right corner.
James Topley came to Vallejo in 1852 eventually running drugstore. He was amateur photographer, taking pictures of Vallejo beginning in 1850's. After his death, his sons James Henry and William Henry continued photographing Vallejo into 1920's. $
