Photograph of two Neophytes at work on the rebuilding of Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, California, 1904. They both wear Franciscan robes. One wears a straw hat. They are shovelling ruin debris from the ground into two wheelbarrows. The incomplete new building is visible behind them in front of the two-story church with tiled roof and bell tower.
