Description
"Pecha" a seeing eye-guide dog, accompanies his master, David Strilow, a totally blind basket maker at the California Industrial Workshp for the Blind, wherever he goes. Here he is "sitting in" on the piano lessons being given Strilow and his partially sighted wife, by Mrs. Roxana Byers, a Southern California WPA Music Project teacher. Mrs. Byers is one of a large corps of WPA music teachers, who are making life a little brighter for the blind and otherwise afflicted underpriveleged in Southern California.
