Photograph was edited for publication purposes. The Modugno brothers were owners of the Sylmar-based Modugno Brothers Distributing Co., distributors for Anheuser-Busch. Well-known for their athleticism while playing football for San Fernando High School, the brothers were highly active in local civic groups as well, including the American Legion and Elks Club. Photograph caption dated July 3, 1964 reads "Do-it-yourself beer delivery has been caused by strike of beer drivers. Distributor Vito Modugno loads a keg of beer into the car of Mrs. Vi Clark, owner of the House of Denmark restaurant in Canoga Park."
