Photograph of a wide dirt road on the face of a cliff in Santa Monica's Palisades Park, 1910-1920. The road is at center and leads from the top of the cliffs at left down to the beach at right. It is lined with a wooden fence and several large plants. A tall rock formation can be seen towards the bottom of the road at right. The beach is visible in the distance at center and right, and a long breakwater can be seen in the distance. Several tall mountains form a range in the background.
