Photograph dated July 27, 1965 reads, "131-year-old Rómulo Pico Adobe, 10940 Sepulveda Blvd., San Fernando, is expected to be purchased from the North Valley YMCA for $60,000 by the Valley Historical Society. mansion is thought to be one of first Valley homes."; See images 00058441 and 00058443 for all photographs in this series.
