Description
Unidentified man listened to a taped message that was part of an exhibit on the K Street Mall as the Mall was being renovated. Stores remained open and this was to encourage shoppers and passersby to drop in. The image of the mayor was mounted on plywood, but the taped message was in her own voice. The background photograph was City Hall.
