Description: Caption from April 11, 1978 Sacramento Bee reads, "Spring Relaxation The return of running fountains to the plaza in front of the library at California State University, Sacramento, attracted students for reading or relaxation in warm spring weather Monday. Because of the drought and winter weather, the fountains had not been operating lately."
