Description: No more colorful character is to be seen about the Uplifters than Mike Lang, veteran transportation man, shown on September 10, 1938, in his silk topper, red shirt and carrying his cane. He is announcing the circus, which will be tomorrow. So far,only men have been attending the High Jinks, but tomorrow members' families are invited.
