It marks the first step toward acquiring right of way for a $4 million Nordhoff-Winnetka industrial park in Chatsworth. The company was recently awarded a $2.5 million contract for construction of necessary sewer and drainage in the 1,187-acre tract. Griffith will be repaid by assessment funds.
