Description
2016-2479. From the David Stoddard Atwood collection, T&D collection. Bust-length portrait. Kay Atwood; Born in 1883 as Douglas Elton Thomas Ullman in Denver, Colorado. His paternal grandparents were German Jewish immigrants. Started acting on Broadway in 1902, began in films in 1915. In 1919 formed United Artists with Mary Pickford, D.W. Griffith and Charlie Chaplin.
