Photograph caption dated Febuary 7, 1964 reads, "UCLA Frosh's Edgar Lacey intercepts pass intended for Bill Ureda (right) of Pierce as Tony Oddo (center) appears confused. The Brubabes won this non-conference game last month, but Pierce has won five straight in the interim and will attempt to stretch their streak to six tonight when they meet Ventura College in a key Western State Confernece showdown at Ventura. The Bruins meet Valley College Saturday night in the Monarch gym."
