The report includes background information on the West End and why redevelopment is necessary, a detailed overview on the Capitol Mall Project, brief overviews of future redevelopment projects, and maps of the Capitol Mall Project and its land usage. The information on the Capitol Mall Project includes breakdowns of financing, acquisition of the land, relocation of people and businesses, and specific details of the new development and buildings planned for construction.
