Registering items are, left to right, Mmes. Dwight Overmeyer, for Van Nuys Junior High School PTA of El Camino Council; Charles Frazier, for Mayall PTA of El Dorado Council, and W. F. Blowitz, for Van Nuys Junior and Senior High School PTAs of El Camino Council. Mrs. Blowitz is El Camino Council art chairman.
