One large building is under construction in the background at let. A small number of trees can be seen at left, while utility poles are visible among the buildings in the foreground. Legible signs include, from left: "Law Engineeering Architecture", "Southwestern University", "Printing", "Will A. Kistler Co. Printers", and "Federal Ford Cars Trucks".
