Requests a lease agreement be prepared for land operated by Japanese farmers:Takeuchi, Miyakawa, Watanabe, Sasai, Fujiwara, Sato, Nakashima, Anzai and Ikemoto. Handwritten notes may reflect an amendment of this list. The new lease agreement terms are also outlined in the letter including sub-lease made to the Farm Products Company.
