Looking southeast towards the intersection of Broadway and Temple, where the Los Angeles County Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant is under construction. Also visible, left to right, are the Hall of Justice, the Hall of Records (later demolished), the California State Building (later demolished), the 1-story temporary courthouse building (later demolished), a 2-story commercial building (later demolished) and the Law Building (later demolished).
