The postcard contains an artistic representation of an indigenous man dressed in a multicolored skirt carrying a pointed, colorful staff over his left shoulder. The postcard was issued by a Catholic mission agency. The back of the postcard has a handwritten note in Italian and contains printed information about the publisher: "Missioni d'Oceania - Affidate ai PP. Maristi -- Casa Madre dei PP.
