A few minutes after received a radio alert, Officers Lay and Mallone saw a car answering to the description cross an intersection and gave chase. The officers ran the car to the crub and captured the alleged bandits. By "radio magic," the capture took place only four blocks from the point where the officers received the broadcast alarm, and only 12 minutes after the holdup occurred. Photo dated: November 18, 1930.
