Description
UCLA students tour the new Valley steam plant on October 11, 1954. Thirty engineering students inspect the plant at 11805 Sheldon Street, Sun Valley, during a UCLA Engineering Society sponsored tour. Accompanying the students are Louis L. Grandi, left, UCLA professor, and Francis E. Levy of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
