Sacramento’s Capital Business periodical, an official publication of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, circulated monthly under the eye of L.B. Rowland, director of advertising and editor, Arthur S. Dudley (also the secretary manager for the chamber). The issues continually outlined the chamber’s projects and accomplishments for the public, while including information about both the business development and industrial growth in the city.
