J Cox, commissioner of Board of Public Works, joins with Councilman Everett Burkhalter and civic leaders in groundbreaking ceremonies for $188,370 Sunland-Tujunga Municipal Building. Construction of one-story, 10,000-square foot structure at 7747 Foothill Blvd. is scheduled for completion by end of year."
