Pencil survey map of a part of Tract 15, Bard Subdivision, Rancho Ojai. Area of interest includes three lots located north of Aliso Street. Property identified as belonging to Carl Refsing is located north of the lots and south of Oak Street. Property belonging to Richard A. Cassidy is located west of the lots. Other property owners identified on the map include Wm. A. Gholson and W. Ray Hubbell. The A. L. Drown Subdivision, north of Oak Street, and Lots 28 to 31 of the Del Pedro Tract are indicated.
