Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photo article dated January 3, 1962 partially reads, "There is a new look at the Angeles Gun Club range in Marek Canyon these days. In fact, things seem to be moving along with the precision of a military rifle range yet still maintaining the feeling of a civilian enterprise. The new look and attitude are the by-products of Don Taylor, retired Marine and newly-appointed range master for the club. Taylor, a 20-year serviceman and former first sergeant, has been selected by the club's officers as the full-time manager and resident range master." Don Taylor, left is seen with Cloid Hammers, gun club president.
