Photograph caption dated March 27, 1961 reads, "Los Angeles City Councilman Everett Burkhalter stands behind actress Ann Blyth, Toluca Lake, to indicate his backing for Toluca Lake women who have formed a cleanup committee to make the community spotless. Burkhalter, 11005 Morrison St., North Hollywood, joined civic leaders as they met at Miss Blyth's home, 6 Toluca Lake Estates."
