Jones, Oroville - Diamond's legal counsel in California. 4th from left in front row: F. M. Clough, general manager for Diamond in California from the start of the venture until 9-1-1910. 1st on the left 2nd row: bareheaded with necktie is Vernor S. Wolley who succeeded Clough as general manager.
