"Monsieur Pochard med sine elever, mai 1899" ("Mr. Pochard together with his students, May 1899"). Jules Pochard was born in France and was a missionary in Madagascar from 1897-1903 and from 1906-1937. Served for the Anglican Church SPG from 1906-1937.Thereafter in Mauritius island.
