Title supplied by cataloger. The bridge/tunnel (center) was built in 1948 as part of the Cahuenga Freeway; it is now known as the Lankershim/101 Freeway Bridge and Tunnel. Cars travel south down the Cahuenga Freeway over the Lankershim Bridge and Tunnel, just north of where Cahuenga and Ventura boulevards meet. Seen are a Foster and Kleiser billboard advertising the Chrysler Newport (center), homes up in the hills (upper left), and various businesses (right). Photograph dated August 7, 1950.
