A cluster of policemen can be seen at, or climbing steps to, an unidentified building. Two officers (at top of stairs and extreme right of photograph) are holding large shotguns, and one officer (top left) is speaking with a civilian. It is not known if they are at on a call at a residence, or if this is perhaps a police station. No further information in known. Photograph circa 1973.
